Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Ask Redline admin dashboard or by texting a community's dedicated number, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Redline Monitoring Services Inc. ("Redline").

02 The service

Ask Redline is an automated SMS/MMS assistant that answers residents' questions from their HOA's own documents and captures intake requests (such as maintenance requests and RSVPs). It is an informational and triage tool and is not a substitute for official HOA decisions, emergency services, or professional advice.

03 Automated assistant & no advice

Responses are generated by automated systems from your community's documents. The assistant does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and cannot grant approvals, waivers, or make binding promises on behalf of an HOA. For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

04 Accounts & roles (administrators)

Dashboard access is limited to authorized administrators (Super Admin, HOA Manager, Board Member) via Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. Board Members have read-only access.

05 Resident messaging & consent

Residents interact via text and consent to receive automated messages related to their community. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Do not send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content. We may de-escalate, flag, or route such messages to a human and may limit or suspend access for misuse.

06 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass safety guardrails, injecting instructions to alter the assistant's behavior, accessing another community's data, or using the service to violate any law or third-party right.

07 Data & privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each HOA's data is isolated; administrators may only access their own community's information. HOAs are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of rosters and documents they upload.

08 Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (e.g., messaging carriers such as Twilio, AI providers, and cloud hosting). Their availability and terms may affect the service. We are not liable for outages or actions of third-party providers.

09 Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that responses will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. Answers are only as good as the documents provided by the HOA.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redline and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on automated responses. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the service in the prior three months.

11 Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
